I have been dealing with Columbus Construction and Restoration since 1998. During this time, I owned two houses. Over the last six years the houses have had numerous - small to significant - problems ranging from painting to replacing an external wall due to water damage. Other problems involved electrical repairs, replacement of leaky windows, rebuilding a shower and enclosing walls, retiling and fixing a leaky roof.

With every request for service, Columbus responded immediately and sent people to evaluate the problem, recommend the solution, and then quickly assigned qualified repair people to fix the problem.

Over the six years I have been interacting with Columbus, they have always responded to my requests promptly, treating all problems big or small quickly and professionally. In every case, there has been no reoccurrence of the original problem. In addition, I have always been pleasantly surprised at the reasonable costs of the repairs.
